Birthday parties for animal lovers. Choose from the packages below.

Children must be at least 3 years old to ride a pony. Depending on their age, both horses and ponies are available.

We have limited availability for parties. Parties are held on Saturdays, with start times ranging from 10 am to 12 pm, depending on availability.

Trail Boss

This package is for you if you want to entertain children and adult party-goers while maximizing animal interaction. Adults and children will enjoy the Ranch tour, llama trek, and goat time. You will have a Hayloft team member facilitating activities throughout the party. We provide games, animals, and a craft. Most children must be 6 years old or older.

This package levels up the adventure for older kids and adults alike, featuring our famous llama trek!

• Best for: Groups where the majority of children are 6 years or older.

• Duration: 2.5 Hours

• Capacity: Up to 12 children and 12 adults.

• Includes: * Llama Trek: A guided walk around the ranch with four of our llamas.

  • Pony/Horse rides for the children.

  • Playtime with four goats and a full Ranch Tour.

  • Staff-Led Games & Crafts: We provide the entertainment and the cleanup!

Little Cowpoke Package All Inclusive

This package is for you if you need help with activities for your birthday party. Our team will be there every step of the way to ensure that your party-goers have the best time.

• Best for: Ages 3–10 who love variety.

• Duration: 2 Hours

• Capacity: Up to 10 children and 10 adults.

• Includes: * Pony/Horse rides for every child.

  • 30 minutes of Goat Playtime with four of our friendliest goats.

  • A guided Ranch Tour to meet the whole herd.

  • A signature Hayloft Bandana for every child.

  • A dedicated staff member will facilitate all activities.

Junior Wrangler Package

Perfect for parents who have the games and decor ready and just need the perfect rustic setting and horses.

• Capacity: Up to 6 children and 6 adults ($15 per additional child).

• Includes: * Dedicated ranch space for your celebration.

Trail Boss Elite

Host your celebration in style. This package offers exclusive use of our premium facilities and the maximum amount of animal interaction available. *The majority of children must be six years old or older.

• Best for: Large groups and those wanting a "boutique" ranch aesthetic.

• Duration: 3 Hours

• Capacity: Up to 15 children and 20 adults.

• Includes: * Exclusive Pavilion Use: Enjoy our beautiful new pavilion featuring elegant white cross-back chairs and your choice of table linens.
