Children need to be three years old to ride a pony. Both horses and ponies are available depending on the age of the children.
We have limited availability for parties. Parties take place on Saturdays with start times ranging from 10 am - 12 pm, depending on availability.
Little Cowpoke Package All Inclusive
If you want help with activities for your birthday party, this package is for you. Our team will be there every step of the way to help your party-goers have the very best time.
Up to 2 hours of party time
Up to 10 children and Up to 8 adults (these are the maximum amounts of people allowed)
Horse/pony ride for each child (lead by a Hayloft staff person)

Junior Wrangler Package
This package is for you if you have party games and decor picked out and are looking for a fun atmosphere with horses for your little cowpoke’s party. We provide the space and the horse or pony, and you bring the rest.
1.5 hours of party time
Up to 6 children and Up to 6 adults

Pony or horse ride for each child (lead by a Hayloft staff person)

What if it rains?
Your party space is indoors. We have an indoor arena for horseback riding.
Can we bring food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food and drinks. You will have access to a fridge. We recommend easy-to-eat foods like cupcakes. You will need to bring plates, napkins, and silverware.
Can we bring decorations?
Yes, you can bring decorations. Please no balloons, tape, or staples. We provide linens. We recommend light decor, if any. The children are busy with experiences and do not notice the decor. Remember, decorating set up and take down must be done in your allotted time. We suggest telling your guests a later start time to accommodate decor setup time.
Is there a restroom?
Yes, there is a restroom onsite.
Where is the party held?
Your party space with tables and chairs is indoors. The horseback riding and goat time are outdoors unless it is raining then we use our indoor arena and barn.
Is the party private?
Yes, your expeinces will be you and your guests alone. There may be other events going on at the same time but not in the same space.
What is the schedule for the party?
The party scheulde can vary and is based on your group.
Can I come early to set up?
No, your party time starts promtly at the time stated. We will meet you in the parking lot at that time. You can set up while we get the children started on an activity.
