Calling all St. Paul and Twin Cities Scout troops! Are you ready to trade the troop meeting for the stable? Our Junior Horseback Riding Badge Program is a comprehensive, hands-on 2-hour experience designed to fulfill badge requirements while fostering confidence and a love for animals.

From anatomy to the arena, we provide a safe, professional, and thrilling introduction to the world of horsemanship.

This exciting program combines everything you need to earn your junior horseback riding badge.

What’s Included

Our curriculum is specifically tailored for young scouts to gain both knowledge and "saddle time":

• Horse Discovery & Anatomy: Uncover fascinating facts about horse behavior, breeds, and biology.

• Grooming & Groundwork: Master the art of horse care! Scouts learn how to safely groom, tack up, and prepare their horses for the trail.

• Hands-On Riding Lesson: Every scout gets time in the saddle under the expert guidance of a qualified instructor to learn basic riding techniques.

• Safety Essentials: We prioritize a "safety first" mindset, teaching scouts how to be responsible and confident around these incredible animals.

Pricing & Details

• Duration: 2 Hours of immersive learning and riding.

• Investment: $70 per scout (Minimum of 6 scouts or $420 per session).

• Chaperones: Up to two adult chaperones are welcome to join the fun at no extra cost!
