Horse Yoga Winter Solstice
Celebrate the Winter Solstice (a little early, we know) with a grounding yoga flow accompanied by horses. The shortest, darkest day of the year is a time for reflection. But, it's also an occasion to celebrate all you have learned this year—and to look forward to what's ahead. Horses ground us and help us connect with ourselves.
We practice yoga both on and off the horses at your comfort level.
This 45-minute class is taught by a certified yoga instructor and is beginner-friendly. After class, enjoy time to take photos with your new horse friends.
Class is held in our indoor arena. The arena is not heated.
You must be at least 16 years old to participate.
Max of 240lbs to mount a horse. You do not need to mount a horse to participate in this experience.
