What is Horse Barre?

You’ve heard of horses, but you are wondering “what the heck is barre?”. Let me explain.

Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates. The movements are low impact and high-intensity designed to strengthen your body.

Barre is a full-body workout with the following benefits

-          Range of Motion

 Our Barre is beginner-friendly and adaptable to different skill sets and ability levels.

In a gym, a ballet bar is used to help guide balance in a barre class. In horse barre, a horse is used in place of a ballet bar. When you are not with the horse you use the fence or a jump pole to assist you.

This class is an incredible workout while offering a meditation-like experience paired with the calming energy of the horses.
